*Weekly rates applies to any consecutive seven or 14 night stay. Any additional nights after 7 are charged at the daily rate of $170 per night or less depending on length of stay. Reservations require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% rental fee. All rental fee payments and tax payments are non-refundable once received. A $500 refundable security deposit and balance of the rental fee must be received 14 days before occupancy date. Discounts of up to 10% available in September and October.
